How does change management impact the hospital of the future?

Evolution in the healthcare sector is an inevitable process that leads to improved development and quality of life for the population. The Change Management process allows to prepare, support, and assist patients, teams, and hospitals with the transformation of objectives, processes, or technologies.

For this reason, on January 20 at the Hospital Clínico San Carlos from 9:00 to 16:00, the Workshop entitled: How does change management impact the hospital of the future? will take place under the European project ODIN. For this purpose, a series of communications will be given by different European researchers who will present the key concepts, strategies, challenges, and actors together with current examples in other countries.
