Here you will find all the necessary information regarding the contractual and financial management of the clinical studies to be carried out in our centre.
Model contracts and required documentation
It should be noted that the official models of the Community of Madrid must be used and therefore modifications to the proposed models are not permitted. All contract models must be accompanied by the model financial report containing the study budget.
The sponsor must contact the Foundation to process the contract, sending an email to fibcontratos.hcsc@salud.madrid.org, attaching the completed contract model and financial report, and the documentation required, according to the type of study.
In the subject line of the e-mail, the study protocol code and the internal code provided when registering the study at the centre should be indicated.
